This is for mental health professionals of all orientations, who may be seeking a space to think through difficult moments in clinical encounters, or a mind to think with.

This includes both understanding difficulties of patients at work, and also identifying their own.

I offer once a week supervision for the duration of fifty minutes, where supervisee brings in a clinical session along with his or her own experience of the session.

The verbatim is required to be sent at least 3 days before the supervision. 

In course of supervision, focus is on understanding what happened and did not happen in the session. Objective is to deepen understanding of clinical experience and also expand one’s own way of relating, thinking, feeling and understanding human experience (which includes patient-hood, health, relatedness in therapeutic setting, understanding and setting of boundaries etc)

Clinicians are encouraged to stay open to listening their own.

This is for those interested in understanding, studying, or pursuing career in mental health. In case you are interested in committing to learning and developing clinical skills, where the focus is on how to connect with the patient, understand and relate to human suffering, then, you may want to get started here. 

Time commitment of at least one year is a prerequisite for interning here.

This is for those who are interested or intrigued by mental health, and want to learn, explore, experience and understand what really goes in the field. Research orientation and skills will be preferred. Willingness and enthusiasm for venturing out, interacting, interviewing, collaborating with different stakeholders to raise awareness and to understand constraints in current mental health system is needed. Curious mind, creative expressions and positive energy are a bonus.

Time commitment of minimum 6 months period is needed. While remote working is possible and work hours can be flexible, deliverables and time lines will need to be strictly maintained.
